October 1st and 2nd Weekly Highlights at Bahwan MGE
Last week, our activities took us to a project site and an exhibition. Both visits offered useful
perspectives on the people, spaces and requirements behind building projects.
Alongside these highlights, we are sharing a practical planning tip for customers preparing
their next glass enquiry.

Site Visit: Understanding the Project on the Ground
Our project site visit provided an opportunity to see the building in its current construction
stage and view its window openings within the surrounding structure.
Seeing a space in person adds context to drawings and photographs. The position of an
opening, its relationship with nearby finishes and the progress of surrounding work can all
raise questions that need clarification before glass requirements are finalised.
For project teams, useful discussions begin with a clearly defined scope: where the glass will
be used, which drawings apply, who approves the dimensions and how supply and
installation responsibilities are divided.
At Bahwanmge, our aim is to keep these conversations practical, with clear information and
an agreed next step.

Exhibition Visit: Staying Connected with the Industry
Our week also included an exhibition visit.
Exhibitions offer opportunities to explore products, meet people from different parts of the
industry and introduce our glass services to relevant businesses.
For Bahwan MGE, the focus is on building connections with contractors, aluminium
fabricators, consultants and project teams whose requirements align with our services.
A useful introduction starts a conversation. Understanding the application, project stage and
purchasing responsibility helps turn that conversation into a more focused enquiry—whether
for an individual villa or a larger building project.

Glass Planning Tip: Prepare the Right Information Early
A clear brief gives a glass enquiry a useful starting point. Before requesting a quotation,
prepare the following information:
● Application: Explain where the glass will be used, such as windows, balconies or
partitions.
● Drawings and quantities: Share available drawings, dimensions and the number of
pieces required.
● Specification: Include any glass requirements already set by the consultant or
project team.
● Location and timing: Confirm the project location and required delivery period.
● Responsibilities: Identify who approves measurements and who coordinates
frames, supply and installation.
If any details remain undecided, highlight them when making the enquiry. This helps the
relevant teams identify what needs clarification before the order progresses.
