October at BMGE From Oman to Tanzania
October was a month of activity at Bahwan Metal and Glass Engineering (BMGE), from preparing Omani glass for export to Tanzania to building new partnerships and continuing our work on projects in Oman. Here is a look at four highlights from the month.
Omani Glass Prepared for Tanzania
One of our October highlights was preparing Omani glass for export directly to Tanzania. The shipment reflects the work of the people behind each order, from glass processing and inspection to packing and coordination before dispatch.
Our team prepared the glass in protective wooden crates for its journey. We are proud to prepare Omani glass for customers beyond our borders, and we thank our customer and team for their trust and effort.
A New Partnership with Al Sareen Group
On 21 October, BMGE and Al Sareen Group signed a memorandum of understanding in Muscat to establish a framework for cooperation on glass, aluminium, façade and metal works across different projects. The agreement also aims to support the use of local products and create opportunities for local suppliers and Omani talent.
Celebrating Mazzan Al Farsi’s Achievement
In October, Mazzan Al Farsi received a Certificate of Honour from Business Collaborations International (BCI) at Pink Parliament 2026 in Muscat. Presented during the Omani Women’s Day celebration, the recognition honoured the empowerment, resilience and leadership of women. We congratulate Mazzan on this special recognition.
Omani Women’s Day
Omani Women’s Day, celebrated on 17 October, gave us an opportunity to recognise the contributions of Omani women across our workplaces and communities. At BMGE, we extend our appreciation to the women whose dedication and ideas continue to make a difference.
